Rab island
The name Rab means something like: dark, green wooded and is a Croatien island in the northern Adriatic. It belongs to the management of Primorje-Gorski kotar in the bay of Kvarnar.
The patron saint of the island Rab is the St. Christophorus, whose skull as a sacred relict is kept on the island of Rab. Held every year to honor him on the Day of St. Christophorus ( 27. July ) the knight play, the Rapska Fjera on the island take place.
